All though it may be called "Day of Coordination", Our coordination packages begin as soon as we are hired. We gather as much information as we can from the very beginning stages. We then, will reach out as early as 2-3 months prior to your big day, so we can really get started on your event. Our packages include a personalized planning portal to keep you organized with to-do and checklist, questionnaires, inspirational photos and unlimited access to me through email for questions and advice as you plan. Day of Coordination Services are perfect for brides who have their event mostly planned out but need someone to pull all the loose ends together and execute their event plan and vision. This allows the soon to be Mr. & Mrs. to strictly focus on making memories and enjoying the moment on their big day. We are there to make sure the timeline flows smoothly, all decor is set up correctly, and all vendors have a single point of contact, so you and all VIPs can enjoy your day! Day-of coordination allows us to handle anything that comes up on your day and all the wedding day logistics. We are the day of GO-TO girls for everyone who is involved. Our main priority is to make everyone happy and stress free. Although we love a perfectly planned wedding, with detailed spreadsheets and diligent timelines, because yes, organization is extremely important, but so is our relationship with you. We believe that developing a personal connection with our clients is most important. Building that initial comfortability will allow both the client and the coordinator to work great together as a team, while also making the planning process a fun and successful atmosphere.
